Jennifer is an innovative and strategic fundraising, learning and operations-focused professional with over 20 years’ experience in making change and driving impact in non-profit and public service roles.
Throughout her non-profit career, Jen has led high-performing teams and provided leadership and direction in the development of outcomes-based learning and resources for fundraising professionals across large networks. She has created and deployed integrated consulting and operational processes and procedures, built and refined data collection mechanisms and strategy, developed and distributed targeted communications, and created action-oriented tools, resources and strategies — all with the goal of empowering nonprofits to raise more revenue and become financially sustainable.
Jen has also directed the successful operation and design of leadership and organizational development learning programs, creating and leveraging fundraising-specific competencies to build and empower fundraising leaders in organizations of all sizes. She has a passion for developing strategies, pathways and tools that lead to successful outcomes.
Jen received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Providence College in Providence, RI and continues her education in the areas of AI, change management and organizational and leadership development. While originally from Maine, Jen currently resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys cooking, playing tennis and watching New England sports, as well as spoiling her dog Jessie Belle.
